Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2025 Bonner County Fair August 12-16. We've seen so much growth and anticipate even more success in attendance, food and beverage spending, and ticket sales for 2025!
We (the fair board, management, staff or committees) never solicit applications or payments by "private messaging" on any social media platforms. ( Facebook, Instagram or other.)

- All vendors whether returning or new must submit the yearly updated application through the fair office. *Previous year applications will not be accepted.
- Never send payment with your application. You will be instructed by our office after your application has been reviewed by the fair board and fair management.
- If you send payment with your application without first receiving an invoice your check will be returned.
- All applicants will be notified no later than July 21st as to the status of their application, We urge all vendors to have all necessary paperwork ready for submittal.
- Food vendors: all food related documents must be up to date with panhandle health prior to the fair or rodeo.
